PCA has a commitment to mission and service and partakes in many events throughout the year. Some of the events include

Burnsville Fire Muster Parade
The PCA Worship Band has a float every year and plays some of our favorite songs along the parade route. Our church, located on the parade route, serves lemonade and cookies and opens up our restrooms for guests to use.

CROP Hunger Walk
PCA joins with other churches and neighbors to walk and raise money to fight hunger. Some of the money raised, about 25%, goes to local communities such as community gardens and food banks, while the remaining goes where it is needed in the world.

Earth Day
PCA has a strong commitment to the environment. One of our events is the celebration of Earth Day, which has included speakers, activities or service, and education.

Pride Festival
As a “more light” church, PCA supports the rights of all individuals and has participated in the Twin Cities Pride Festival annually.

MN AIDS Walk
Members of PCA have participated in the MN AIDS Walk for several years, raising money and supporting the efforts to fight HIV and AIDS.

Summer Salon
PCA has a passion for music and is blessed to have many gifted musicians in our congregation. The Summer Salon is a yearly event that hosts a multitude of professionally-trained musicians who perform a wide range of music.

Trunk or Treat
PCA hosts a Halloween "Trunk or Treat" for the children in our community. Members of the congregation decorate the trunks of their cars and hand out candy in the PCA parking lot.
